I've never bought a car without viewing it first until now. Have been looking for weeks for a decent car until I came across ignition imports. Not only the pictures of the car look good but the reviews on the Internet of this company gave me a piece of mind im dealing with a company passionate about the cars condition and history up for sale. Even these guys prepare the car for delivery like they would like it to be and delivered it too. Video calls of the car absolutely amazing.Outstanding condition Outstanding service. Once delivered the owner of the business even had my number plate made and sent on to me ! top top guys. Had the car a week now and can't believe I've probably got the best low mileage 12 plate rs ren in uk. Thank you all.

Perfect from start to finish. I had been looking for an import Subaru for about 8/9 months when I message Richard at ignition imports about one that was for sale, unfortunately it had sold but had another one coming up for sale that he sent me the details to. I love cars / Subaru's but hate buying them as you phone up and the sales man tells you it's the best thing ever, then you go to view it and half of the underneath is missing or it's been through about 8 hedges. From the first email Richard was very detailed in his reply's and very helpful with any questions asked and described the car as it was and listed everything that had been done or was being done prior to sale. I viewed the car and nothing was to much to ask, pulled the car onto a ramp to view the underneath then had a long test drive that included motorway sections. Sent photo before and after under-sealing Paid deposit.lanogaurd undersealed. collected. Offers a competitive PX price too. I would go as far as saying I would happily buy / pay for another car from ignition imports unseen based off Richard's opinion / view on the car. Thank you for the team at ignition imports. Look forward to doing business in the future.

So I brought my Honda Civic fk2 from ignition imports and what a lovely couple they are. A week or so later I found condensation in one of my fog lights and got back in touch with rich who had no problem taking a look for me. He then resealed the fog light for me and hopefully that would do the trick. A few days later the condensation was still there and again rich insisted on having the car back where he fitted 2 brand new fog lights for me aswell as fitting some custom lenses which I asked if he didn't mind putting on while he was doing the bulbs again this was no problem for him. I can't recommend these guys enough if your after a high quality performance car or a classic Japanese import these are the people to see. They went above and beyond for me where other garages may not of wanted to know as wasn't really their issue or anything they had to fix for me! Super couple and I wish them all the best in the future. Thanks again to rich and Alex for being so good

Just bought an Elgrand E52 from Richard at Ignition Imports - what a pleasure to do business with! I cannot fault the service - great communication (sent me 50+ photos of the car), picked me up from the train station, thorough test drive, hand over and helped sort tax and warranty. His unit is immaculate and I am over the moon with the car. To top it off, he's just a really nice bloke. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely do business with him again in the future!

I highly recommend Richard and Alex. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We got our vehicle in top notch shape. The vehicle was as clean and polished as the photos on the website. We went around and had a look at other japanese import dealers and it was like night and day. With ignition imports the garage is very clean, no drab looking tired cars lying around and Richard answered all our questions including those that we thought were stupid. Lastly Richard is definitely a Japanese car enthusiast and so you see the love in the cars too. I highly recommend ignition imports.

Bought my Integra DC5 from Ignition Imports and couldn't be happier with the car. Very professional service, even put the car on a ramp to show me underneath. I purchased my Subaru Forester from them around a month ago now and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy doing extras that I wanted no problem. This included a Sony stereo being fitted as requested, the wheels in a different colour and even a KPH/MPH converter sticker supplied as I wanted to keep the car in KPH. They also offered it being switched to MPH free of charge as another option. As for the quality of the vehicles they had on hand including the one I purchased, they were all to the highest standard. Pictures provided of the underside of the vehicle also and included as an extra it being undersealed too. They had the car fully serviced with any necessary work needed also. It was a fresh import and had been register and first MOT prior to it being advertised. If you're looking for a place that provides the best of service along with the best of the best vehicles then look no further. They have so much variety of stock I'm sure they have something to suit! Thank again for everything guy
